Terms of Service

Eligibility and beta access

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to create a host account. Show Hub is currently a private beta. Access may be limited, changed, suspended, or discontinued as the product develops.

Accounts and panel links

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Panel links should be shared only with their intended recipients. You may not impersonate others or bypass access controls.

Acceptable use

You may not use Show Hub to violate law or another person’s rights; harass, exploit, or deceive others; distribute malware; disrupt or probe the service; or transmit content you do not have the right to use.

You are responsible for your shows, participants, broadcasts, recordings, embeds, and compliance with applicable privacy, consent, accessibility, and intellectual-property laws.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant Show Hub a limited license to process it as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed for content you submit or connect.

Third-party services

Third-party services such as YouTube, Google Docs, Zoom, and web embeds are provided by others and may change, fail, or require separate agreements. Show Hub is not responsible for their content, practices, or availability.

Beta service and disclaimers

Show Hub is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. Live production is time-sensitive; maintain reasonable backup communication and production plans.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Show Hub and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, broadcasts, or opportunities. Total liability will not exceed the greater of fees paid during the prior twelve months or $100.

Termination, changes, and contact

You may stop using Show Hub at any time. We may suspend access to protect the service, address violations, comply with law, or end the beta. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
