Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Show Hub collects, why we use it, and the choices available to hosts and panelists.
Effective July 29, 2026Information we collect
We may collect host account details, sign-in identifiers, beta invitation status, show rosters, and information entered into enabled Show Hub modules. This can include panel chat, speaking-queue activity, producer cues and acknowledgments, checklists, show configuration, links and resources, and teleprompter text.
Connected services
When a host connects or embeds a third-party service, we process the information needed to provide that feature. This may include YouTube video or live-chat information, Google Doc links or embedded content, webpage embeds, and Zoom account and meeting information.
The Zoom Chat module is designed to display only public messages sent to Everyone. Private, group, waiting-room, and breakout-room messages are excluded. Third-party services operate under their own policies.
Microphone checks and local data
When you run a microphone check, your browser calculates an audio-level reading. Show Hub does not record or transmit the microphone audio used for that check. Some preferences and private panelist notes may be stored only in your browser.
How we use and share information
We use information to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve Show Hub. Information is visible to other show participants when required by the feature being used. We may use service providers to host, secure, authenticate, and operate the service.
We do not sell personal information or use show content for targeted advertising.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect Show Hub. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Treat private panel links like passwords.
Your choices
You may decline optional browser permissions, disconnect connected services, avoid entering sensitive information, and ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with you. Some requests may require identity verification.
Children, changes, and contact
Show Hub is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service evolves and will post a new effective date here.
